Default Reporting burnt out streetlights

If you have an overhead streetlight in your area, please report it directly to AEP.

You will need the physical location of the streetlamp (Such as 806 Marshall, or the Back of Highland Park), and the street light number. (This number can be found on an imprinted metal band that is attached to the light post).

Outages or other problems with street lights can be reported online here:

Default Re: Reporting burnt out streetlights

Where do we request for someone to come check out a "dark spot"?

Hi Everyone !!

If you have a dark area on your street that you believe could use a streetlight go to the following link. You'll have to fill out this application and petition for submittal.
