Friends and Neighbors,
Our May general membership meeting will be held at the Highland Park Elementary School. This meeting will be focused soley towards assisting the City in updating our Old Southwest neighborhood plan. This meeting will offer an opportunity for residents and property owners to voice their opinions on what they like about the neighborhood and what they'd like to see change. With this information a plan can be drafted and presented to the neighborhood for further comment at a second workshop, which will likely be scheduled in the fall of this year. Please find the time to come out and share your input and participate in keeping Old Southwest the neighborhood of choice here in the City of Roanoke. Thanks and we'll see you there !!! Meeting: Old Southwest General Membership - Neighborhood Plan Update Place: Highland Park Elementary School When: Thursday, May 15th at 7:00 pm |

Hi Jeffrey
Is this meeting for members only or is it open to anyone interested in Old Southwest? Tim |

Tim,
By all means, feel free to stop by. However, this meeting is different from our regular monthly meetings as it will be focused solely on the updating of the Old Southwest neighborhood plan. And this meeting will be lead by Frederick Gusler in City Planning Dept. Jeffrey Campbell Old Southwest Inc., President |

Just wanted to say I enjoyed attending the meeting. I had to leave before it was over...1-1/2 year old at home and another due in August...had to relieve my wife, but it was nice to see everyone
