WEBSITE UPDATES - History of Recent Changes/Webmaster Notes

June 2008

I'm (slowly) continuing to create new content for the site as well as update and revise the content that is here. Unfortunately having several tasks to juggle progress on the website has been relatively slow, and I greatly appreciate your patience while we create and provide needed updates and upgrades!

The transition to a "forum" based website is slowly progressing. The neighborhood news and events have transitioned over the the discussion area, and more and more users are signing up to participate. As the board of directors and other OSW volunteers learn the software, I hope (and expect) that activity will increase on the site.

As you may have noticed by the new and improved navigation bar at the top of the page, I have begun the task of bringing photos and video to the OSW website. It's a daunting task- after all, I am but an amateur, but one that seems to be slowly progressing. Look for implementation of photo galleries sometime in the next month or so. The software is online, however it hasn't been fully integrated into the rest of the website. I will provide further updates as progress becomes a reality. 

As always, if you have any suggestions on any particular features or articles that you would like to see added to the website, please feel free to contact me! Also if you come across any links that don't work or don't connect to the correct page, please make a note of them (please include the particular link and the address of the page) and let me know that as well so that I can continue to work out the bugs.
